Dear SCA Members,
Rachel and Brianna Holmes have been active in the area of diversity and inclusion for the past two years. As Artistic Swimmers from the Santa Clara Artistic Swimming, they were also able to use their talents in a segment in the museum exhibition entitled, “Pool: Social History of Segregation.”
This exhibition, which opened in September in the Kelly Pool in Philadelphia has been nominated for the Lee Pitts Award for Leadership and Organizational Excellence. The project was led by creative director and lead designer Victoria Prizzia. If you wish to cast your vote for “Pool,” the information is attached.
The Aquamaids are proud of the work done on this project by Brianna and Rachel and the impact that these two young women continue to make on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
