Marialaura Villasana

She swam for the Venezuelan National Team for 8 years attending to international competitions including the World Championship in Kazan, Russia 2015 competing as the soloist. Villasana also won a silver medal in 2009 in UANA Calgary, Canada and she won three bronze medals in the Central American Games Veracruz 2014. She joined the Lindenwood University program in 2016 serving as a synchronized swimming athlete. She finished her athletic career as the Lindenwood University Artistic Swimming formally known as Synchronized Swimming Captain 2018-2019 achieving third place at Collegiate Nationals.
